What is a Good Faith Estimate?

Usually, if you aren’t using health insurance to pay for your care, your health care provider must give you a good faith estimate of expected charges if you request one or schedule services at least 3 business days in advance. For more info please click here.

In-person or Telehealth?

You have the option to choose which environment is best for you. If you choose telehealth, please make sure you have access to a private, uninterrupted space. If you choose in-person, my office is located in the Medical Arts Building on Eastern Parkway; 1169 Eastern Parkway Suite 1236.
